How much does a project cost?
How big is your budget? Cost depends on what your project needs. Starting with your budget is a great place to begin so that we can manage expectations, get on the same page and work within budgets.
How does the retainer model work?
The retainer model is perfect if you are needing consistent and frequent social content over a medium-long time period. We offer retainers as low as 3 months for a smooth transition, with a low commitment, as we evolve your brand and execute on your ideas.
Can I pause my retainer if needed?
Yes, our flexible subscription allows you to pause or adjust your plan at any time. If committing is difficult we do offer retainer plans as low as 3 months.
How long until I receive my videos?
When do you need them by? We work to your deadlines and in most cases can comfortably turn your videos around in 1-2 to weeks. If you need it sooner, we can rush it into post production, you just have to let us know your deadline and we will make it work!
How do revisions work?
There's no cap on revisions. The more we know about your project up front, the more confident we are that we will align. This means we generally get the green light. on the first few versions. We will keep working with you until its perfect. If the project starts to fall out of scope then we will always have that discussion before moving ahead with any further work. No costly surprises and full transparency.
